Anti social behaviour

Youths causing anti social behaviour in Carlton Avenue, Billingham

Three Youths (1 female and 2 males approximately 14 years old) are causing problems on Carlton Avenue and  are banging on the windows and walking up the driveway, gesturing to the residents .This is causing distress to the residents who are elderly.
